Scottish Society Board Responsibilities
 
Sets Festival Policy.
Meets twice a year, 12-15 members.
Official agency – (non profit)
Elects board members, officers and Festival chairman  (January)
Approves Festival Budget  (June)

Festival Steering Committee Responsibilities
 
Made up of group leaders and chairman and vice chairman or all team leaders
Meets twice a year.
Coordinates team activity.
Communicates with team leaders.
Recommends policy to chairman.
Recommends budget, schedule and ground lay out to chairman.

Festival Group Leader Responsibilities
 
           Meet group of team leaders twice each year.
           Communicate.
           Meet steering Committee twice per year.

Festival Team Leaders Responsibilities (13)
    1.      Meet with their volunteers.
    2.      Recommend budget needs, approve invoices for payment by treasurer, Box 616.
    3.      Recruit team volunteers
    4.      Know what other teams do and coordinate with them.
    5.      Recommend schedule.
    6.      Recommend ground layout.
    7.      Post Annual Report on private web.
    8.      Post Team responsibility calendar on private web.
    9.      Report contact list annually
    10.  Meet with group and team leaders.
